LPU is ISO 9001:2008
Dubbed as the First and Only Resort Campus in the Philippines, LPU continues to reap laurels by being the youngest school to be assessed and given ISO 9001:2008 for the graduate, undergraduate degrees and administrative services. This strengthens LPU's commitment to quality, efficient and effective service.
This accreditation is advantageous to both the University and its stakeholders, encouraging consistency in services provided thereby increasing customer satisfaction. At present, the LPU Cavite IQA Team is revving up for the November inspection.

Outcomes Based Education
The University's desire to adequately equip students for life and profession has prompted it to shift to an Outcomes Based Education (OBE). This current approach in curriculum development adapts to the needs of the 21st century industry.
On April 21, 2010, faculty from all departments converged at the Audio-Visual Theater to structure the syllabi based on the OBE concept. Ms. Marylyn Alparo, Chair of the General Education Department, shared the history; while Ms. Verna Roque, IHM Coordinator and Ms. Miriam Abayan, TTM Coordinator discussed the mechanics of OBE. Ms. Jocelyn Camalig, Chair of the College of International Tourism and Hotel Management, and Mr. Elmer Matel, Chair of the Information Technology Department led the workshops.
OBE aims to highlight the most important aspects to be measured in the class and to downplay those which are of less importance.
